Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes using USPS. However, express shipping options are not available for PO box addresses.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our customer service team immediately. We'll send a replacement right away.

Can I change my shipping address?
